FLAGSTAFF, AZ (AZFamily) — Authorities in northern Arizona are intensifying their search for Kelly Paduchowski, a 45-year-old woman who has been missing since the weekend. Concurrently, her husband, Daniel Paduchowski, has been arrested in connection with an aggravated assault charge.

The Flagstaff Police Department, in coordination with the Coconino County Sheriff’s Office, is spearheading the search for Kelly Paduchowski. Late Monday, the Flagstaff police announced the arrest of her husband, 58-year-old Daniel Paduchowski. While the specifics of the arrest and the details of the aggravated assault charge have not been disclosed, it has added a new layer of urgency to the investigation.

Kelly was last seen on Saturday when she left her home to go for a run and swim. She was reported missing by her family around 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, after they had not heard from her since she left home at approximately 1:30 p.m. that afternoon. Her disappearance has prompted widespread concern among the local community and a robust response from law enforcement.

Her white Mazda CX-5 was discovered at the Campbell Mesa trailhead, a popular spot for outdoor activities. The location of her vehicle has become a focal point for search efforts, with teams scouring the surrounding areas for any signs of her.

Kelly is described as 5′8″, weighing 138 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing black shorts, a gray shirt, and white running shoes. Authorities have released a photograph of Kelly in hopes that someone might recognize her or have seen her recently.
