FLAGSTAFF, AZ (AZFamily) — Newly obtained court documents reveal disturbing details surrounding the arrest of Daniel Anthony Paduchowski, 58, in connection with the disappearance of his wife, 45-year-old Kelly Paduchowski. Evidence, including blood found at their home and reports of a violent altercation, has led police to suspect foul play.

Timeline and Initial Report

The incident began on Sunday morning when neighbors reported hearing loud screams from a woman at approximately 8:30 a.m. Court documents indicate that one neighbor observed Kelly Paduchowski lying motionless on her stomach in the backyard, with Daniel on top of her, his hands on her shoulder area. Five minutes later, Kelly was seen lying on her side, still motionless, but Daniel had disappeared. Shortly thereafter, both were no longer visible in the backyard.

Neighbor's Observations

Roughly 90 minutes later, the neighbor saw Daniel using a garden hose to spray the area where Kelly had been lying. This suspicious activity added to the concerns raised by the neighbors.

Police Response and Investigation

Daniel Paduchowski reported Kelly missing just after 7:30 p.m. on Sunday. He told police that he last saw her around 1:30 p.m. when she supposedly left for Lake Mary to go for a run and swim.
