Despite the monumental effort invested in child-rearing, the survey highlighted a stark reality: mothers often neglect their own nutritional needs in favor of ensuring their children receive balanced meals. A significant majority admitted to eating on the run and struggling to maintain a healthy diet due to time constraints—a stark contrast to their diligence in providing nutritious meals for their children. This selflessness underscores the profound dedication mothers have to their families, often at the expense of their own well-being.
