Pharmacists are now authorized to provide emergency insulin refills in situations where prescriber authorization is unavailable, with limitations on the number of refills allowed. Effective from July 1.
3. **HB 433 - Employment Regulations:**
Local governments are prohibited from imposing heat exposure requirements on private companies, except for municipal employees. Effective from July 1.
4. **HB 709 - In-Store Servicing of Alcoholic Beverages:**

5. **HB 937 - Purple Alert:**
