"All day long we’re reaching out to business owners, we’re on phone calls with them, we’re changing lives, that’s really what we’re doing," he says.

His rise to the top is a testament to his hard work and determination. Mariscal was born in Mexico and raised by his single mother until her untimely death forced him to move to the U.S. for safety and better opportunities. Settling in California, he initially worked various jobs, including picking grapes and selling cars in Fresno, to make ends meet. With just $500 to his name, he invested in a sales training course at Cardone U, despite barely speaking English, which he improved by using Google Translate.

Mariscal's breakthrough came when Brandon Dawson, his future boss, overheard him on a sales call. Impressed by his potential, Dawson offered Mariscal a life-changing opportunity: "If you want to change your life, I'll invest in you, but you've got to get up to Washington state. You gotta find your way here," Dawson proposed. Mariscal seized this chance without hesitation, relocating to Vancouver, Washington, and later ascending to the top of the sales leaderboard at Dawson’s company in Scottsdale.

Dawson speaks highly of Mariscal, noting, "It’s hard for me to talk about Aaron without getting emotional. He's a spectacular human and he works so hard and he's such a good person." Mariscal's motivation is deeply personal, driven by a desire to honor his late mother's memory.
