Your right to request deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. This includes details you shared to request a quote, book service, or process an insurance claim, such as your name, contact information, and vehicle details.

How to submit a request

Email us at appointments@bangautoglass.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” To help us verify your request and find your records, please include:

• The full name you used when contacting us
• The phone number and/or email address associated with your request
• Any details that help us locate your record, such as your vehicle or service date

What happens next

We will confirm your request, verify your identity, and remove your information from our active systems. We will let you know once your request has been completed.

Exceptions

We may need to keep certain information where the law requires it, or to complete a transaction, support a warranty, process or document an insurance claim, or meet tax and recordkeeping obligations. We will delete the rest.
