Our promise

Lifetime workmanship warranty

Every installation is backed by the Bang Lifetime Workmanship Warranty: if our work ever leaks, whistles, or fails, we come back to you and make it right — free, for as long as you own the vehicle.

What the lifetime workmanship warranty covers

Auto glass fails in two ways: the glass itself gets damaged again (a new rock chip — that's the road's fault), or the installation fails — a leak, wind noise, a lifting molding, a bond that wasn't right. The second category is entirely on us, so it's covered entirely by us: parts, labor, and the trip back to your driveway, at no charge, with no time limit while you own the vehicle.

  • Air leaks and wind noise traced to the installation
  • Water leaks at the glass perimeter
  • Loose, lifting, or misaligned moldings and trim
  • Urethane/adhesive bond defects
  • Re-calibration of ADAS cameras when our installation is the cause

Warranty FAQs

Book with the warranty included →

What does the warranty cover?

Workmanship: air leaks, water leaks, wind noise, loose or lifting moldings, and any defect caused by the installation itself — including the urethane bond. If our install caused it, we fix it at no charge, for as long as you own the vehicle.

What is not covered?

Damage that isn't workmanship: new rock chips or cracks from road debris, collision damage, vandalism, or damage caused by later body/glass work performed by someone else. Glass manufacturer defects are handled through the manufacturer — we manage that process for you.

How long does it last?

For as long as you own the vehicle. It isn't transferable to a new owner, and there's no time limit while the vehicle is yours.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Call (877) 994-5277 or text (877) 350-5962 with your name and the vehicle, or reply to your original booking confirmation. A technician comes back out to your location — warranty visits are mobile too, and there is never a charge for a covered repair.

Does the warranty cover ADAS calibration?

Yes — if a calibration we performed as part of your glass replacement needs to be redone because of the installation, that's covered as workmanship.
