That means room to open the doors and walk all the way around the car, and in a parking garage, enough headroom to lift the glass. No. An adult needs to open the car and approve the work at the start. After that, you don’t have to stand by while the technician works. If you won’t be there, another adult with the keys can do it.

For most cars, yes. The glass work is the same as in a shop: the damaged glass comes out, OEM-quality glass goes in, and the technician checks the fit before leaving. Your technician also tells you when it’s safe to drive, since the adhesive needs time to set. What changes is the place. If your car needs a setup a driveway can’t give, such as a calibration that has to be done indoors, or the weather rules out the work that day, we tell you and plan around it.
