Do you come to me?
Yes. Bang AutoGlass is mobile-only, so there is no shop to visit. We come to your home, work or roadside within our service area. Tell us where the vehicle is parked and what glass needs replacement. We will confirm the location and appointment details before the visit.
Which cities do you serve?
In Arizona, we serve the Phoenix area, about 50 miles around Phoenix, and the Tucson area, about 30 miles around central Tucson. We also serve the Arizona cities listed on this site. In Florida, we serve Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa, Miami, West Palm Beach and Fort Myers, plus about 50–60 miles around those metros in the bottom half of the state.
How fast can you come?
Same-day appointments are available. Timing depends on your location, the glass for your vehicle and the schedule. Call to check the first open appointment in your area. Once we arrive, a typical job takes 30–45 minutes, though some vehicles or calibration needs may take longer.
What if my city isn't listed?
Call us if you do not see your city. Tell us where the vehicle is parked, and we will tell you if we can come to that area. A missing city page does not always mean service is unavailable. We will confirm the location and timing before you book.
Will insurance cover a mobile replacement?
Coverage depends on your policy and the glass being replaced. We check your coverage free before any work, help you file the claim and bill the insurer directly. In Arizona, optional full-glass coverage applies only if you elected it. In Florida, comprehensive coverage waives the deductible for windshield replacement only; other glass uses the policy's normal deductible. This is general information, not legal advice.
