  1. Door and side windows

    We replace a broken door window at your home or at work, in Thornton Park or out at Lake Nona, and vacuum the cubes of glass out of the door and seat. Florida’s windshield deductible law is limited to windshields, so a side window goes under your policy’s deductible.

  2. Back glass

    Rear glass on a sedan, an SUV liftgate or a pickup slider is matched by VIN. Once it is in, the defroster and any antenna lines are tested in your driveway. Back glass uses the deductible your policy sets.

  3. Sunroof glass

    A cracked panoramic roof or a broken tilt panel is replaced where the car is parked, under cover if you have it during storm season. Your policy’s deductible applies to sunroof glass.

What happens to my E-PASS or SunPass sticker?

A sticker transponder is made to stay on the glass it was first stuck to, so it usually can't be moved. Plan to get a new one from your toll account for the new windshield. A portable transponder just goes back on.

Can you come to my office near downtown or in Lake Nona?

Yes. Office lots and garages work well if there is room to open both front doors. Tell us the building, the parking level and whether visitors need a pass, and we plan the visit around it.

Is a cracked windshield illegal in Orlando?

Not by itself. Florida has no rule on crack length, but the law lets police stop a car in unsafe condition, and whether a particular crack makes a car unsafe depends on the crack.
