Mobile service and scheduling

Do you offer mobile windshield replacement?+

Yes. Bang AutoGlass provides mobile windshield replacement at your home, workplace, apartment, or another safe parking location, so you do not have to drive with damaged auto glass.

How soon can I schedule windshield replacement?+

Next-day appointments are often available, depending on your location, vehicle, glass availability, weather, and any required recalibration. We confirm the details before your appointment is booked.

Can you come to my home or office for auto glass service?+

Yes. Our mobile auto glass technicians can service your vehicle at a home, office, apartment, job site, or another safe parking area with enough room to work around the vehicle.

What information do I need to schedule service?+

To schedule auto glass service, provide your name, contact information, vehicle year, make, model, VIN if available, damaged glass type, service address, and insurance details if using coverage.

How long does windshield replacement take?+

Most mobile windshield replacements take about 30 to 45 minutes once the technician begins. After installation, plan for about 1 hour of adhesive cure time before driving.

Insurance, cost and warranty

Can windshield replacement be $0 out of pocket?+

Often, yes. In Florida, Statute § 627.7288 waives your comprehensive deductible for windshield replacement (windshield only). In Arizona, insurers must offer optional zero-deductible full glass coverage (A.R.S. § 20-264) — if your policy includes it, you pay nothing. We review your glass coverage before service so you understand any out-of-pocket cost.

Can my insurance company require me to use their glass shop?+

No — the choice of glass shop is yours. Arizona law (A.R.S. § 20-469) gives you the right to choose any glass repair facility, and Florida's 2023 glass reform expressly prohibits insurers from requiring a particular company or location. Your insurer's claim line may recommend a network shop, but the decision is still yours.

Will a glass claim raise my insurance rates?+

Glass claims are not-at-fault comprehensive claims. In Arizona, A.R.S. § 20-263 prohibits premium increases for not-at-fault claims. Florida has no identical statute, but carriers generally do not surcharge a routine comprehensive glass claim — ask your carrier if unsure, and we will never pressure you to file.

Do you help with auto glass insurance claims?+

Yes. Bang AutoGlass helps customers review insurance options, submit glass claim information when available, and understand whether their policy may cover windshield or auto glass replacement. We make the insurance side of glass replacement as easy as possible.

Is windshield replacement covered by a warranty?+

Yes. Every Bang AutoGlass windshield replacement includes a lifetime workmanship warranty for as long as you own the vehicle, covering installation-related issues such as leaks or workmanship defects.

Your windshield and vehicle

Should I repair or replace my windshield?+

Small chips may be repairable, but long cracks, spreading damage, edge cracks, or damage in the driver's view often require replacement. We can help determine the safest option for your vehicle.

Is it safe to drive with a cracked windshield?+

A cracked windshield can reduce visibility and affect vehicle safety. Cracks can also spread from heat, vibration, and road impact, so scheduling windshield repair or replacement quickly is recommended.

What should I do after windshield replacement?+

After replacement, wait for the recommended cure time before driving. Avoid car washes, slamming doors, removing retention tape, or driving rough roads until the adhesive has had time to set.

Do you use OEM-quality windshield glass?+

Yes. Bang AutoGlass uses OEM-quality materials matched to your vehicle's glass configuration, tint, shade band, sensors, and safety-feature requirements whenever applicable.

Will my vehicle need ADAS recalibration?+

Some vehicles need ADAS recalibration after windshield replacement because cameras or safety sensors are mounted near the glass. We review your vehicle and explain recalibration needs before service.
