Our services
Bang AutoGlass provides mobile auto glass repair and replacement, including windshield replacement and ADAS recalibration, at locations we serve in Arizona and Florida. Service availability depends on your location, vehicle, and parts availability.
Quotes and estimates
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change after we inspect your vehicle or confirm the correct glass, parts, and your insurance coverage. We confirm the final price with you before we begin work.
Scheduling, appointments, and cancellations
We will confirm your appointment window in advance. Please make sure your vehicle is safely accessible and, where required, that an adult is present. If you need to reschedule or cancel, let us know as early as possible so we can serve you and other customers.
Insurance claims and deductibles
We can help you file and process an auto glass insurance claim. Any $0-out-of-pocket cost or deductible waiver depends on your individual policy and applicable state law, which we confirm with you and your insurer before service. You are responsible for any amount your insurer does not cover.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless it is covered by an approved insurance claim. We accept the payment methods made available at the time of service.
Workmanship warranty
We stand behind our installation workmanship against defects such as leaks or improper installation for as long as you own the vehicle, subject to the warranty terms we provide at the time of service. The warranty does not cover new damage, rock chips, road hazards, accidents, abuse, or pre-existing conditions. Glass and parts may also carry separate manufacturer warranties.
ADAS and safety systems
Many vehicles require recalibration of cameras and sensors after a windshield replacement. We perform or arrange the calibration required for your vehicle. Proper operation of these systems also depends on your vehicle's condition and the manufacturer's specifications.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate vehicle, contact, and insurance information
- Ensure safe access and a suitable location for mobile service
- Follow our post-installation care instructions, including safe drive-away time and any waiting period before washing the vehicle
Disclaimers
Except for the warranties expressly stated here or provided in writing at the time of service, our website and services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we disclaim all other warranties, whether express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bang AutoGlass from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of our services or your violation of these Terms.
