Common causes of a cracked windshield here

  1. South Orange Avenue

Orange Avenue is the city's main street and a busy route into downtown Orlando. Delivery trucks and work vans share it with commuters, and grit on the lanes gets thrown at the cars behind.

  2. Queues at the rail crossings

The rail line runs beside Orange Avenue, so traffic backs up at crossings like Holden Avenue. Pulling away close behind a truck is a common moment for a stone to hit the glass.

  3. Afternoon storms over the lakes

Summer thunderstorms move across the lakes most afternoons, with gusts strong enough to drop palm fronds and branches onto parked cars.

Where we meet you

Your driveway, office lot or garage in Edgewood.

Edgewood is mostly homes on quiet lake streets, with businesses lining Orange Avenue. We can work in your driveway, or in your shop's lot if there's a level space with room to open both front doors.

If you work on Orange Avenue, booking at your business keeps the car off the busy road while we work. Just let us know where on the lot you'd like us.

Is a windshield claim deductible-free in Edgewood?

It is when your policy has comprehensive coverage: in Florida, the deductible does not apply to windshield damage. That rule doesn't extend to doors, rear glass or a sunroof, which use the deductible your policy sets. We confirm your coverage before booking.

Should I replace a crack that sits in front of the driver?

Sooner is better. A crack in your line of sight makes glare and rain harder to see through, and heat and bumps tend to make it grow. Send a photo with your quote and we tell you what the glass needs.

Can you replace glass on a business vehicle at my shop on Orange Avenue?

Yes, if the vehicle sits on your property with room around it. Give us the VIN for each vehicle so the glass is matched before the visit. Fleet auto glass.

Do you go to Belle Isle and Orlando too?

Yes. Belle Isle is just east of Edgewood and Orlando wraps around it, and each has its own page in our Orlando area. We confirm your address with the quote.
