Auto glass service in Tamarac.

Tamarac started in 1963 as Ken Behring's community of low-upkeep homes for active adults, and about a quarter of its people were 65 or older at the 2020 census. Today the city runs about twelve square miles, from the Sawgrass Expressway east past State Road 7, and we cover all of it.

Why windshields crack here

  1. Commercial Boulevard

The city's main road is a wide, busy route lined with shopping plazas and the delivery trucks that serve them. Sand and grit gather in the turn lanes, and the car ahead flicks it back at the glass.

  2. Sawgrass and Turnpike trips

The Sawgrass Expressway marks the west end of town and the Turnpike crosses the east. Highway speed turns any stone into a hard hit, and an old windshield can split from one.

  3. Wind off the canals and golf courses

Tamarac is laced with canals, lakes and golf courses. When a storm comes through, the open ground lets the wind build and throw branches and fronds onto parked cars.

Where we meet you

We work where you park in Tamarac.

A lot of Tamarac lives in 55-plus and condo communities like Woodmont, the Mainlands and Tamarac Lakes. Ask the office or the gate whether a contractor may work in your space, and give us the gate name when you book.

If the car sits under a carport with a low roof, tell us when you book so we can plan for the room. We need space to open both front doors and to stand at each side of the car.

Does my Florida policy pay for a new windshield in Tamarac?

If you have comprehensive coverage, the deductible does not apply to windshield damage. Door glass, back glass and sunroofs follow the deductible your policy sets. We help you file the claim and confirm the coverage with you before we book.

Can a family member set up the appointment for me?

Yes. A son, a daughter or a neighbor can book it. We need the owner's okay, the car's details and someone at home to hand over the keys.

What if the windshield leaks after it is replaced?

Call us. Every install has a lifetime workmanship warranty for as long as you own the vehicle, and a leak at the seal is part of what it covers.

Do you also come to North Lauderdale, Lauderdale Lakes and Coral Springs?

Yes. All three border Tamarac and each has its own page. Give us the address with your quote and we confirm the visit.
