Mobile Chrysler auto glass replacement services

Chrysler glass jobs differ more than the badge suggests. The pages below explain Pacifica windshields with a forward camera, the minivan's long third-row windows and the 300's two-panel roof.

On a Chrysler Pacifica, Voyager or newer 300, the forward-facing camera hangs in a plastic pod just under the roof edge of the glass, aimed down the lane for LaneSense and the forward collision warning. The rearview mirror on many builds also controls the automatic high beams, and rain-sensing wipers add a sensor pad beside the camera. A plain Town & Country or Sebring windshield carries far less.

Windshield camera calibration

Chrysler ADAS calibration after windshield replacement

Pacifica and newer 300 sedans read the lane through a forward-facing camera mounted at the windshield, which runs LaneSense and the forward collision warning. Chrysler requires that camera to be calibrated whenever the windshield is replaced, usually by a guided drive on a straight road with lane lines on both sides, and we plan that drive with your Chrysler windshield where the procedure can be done on site.

Insurance

Coverage for Chrysler glass replacement

For a Florida Pacifica or 300 on comprehensive, the deductible is waived on the windshield. In Arizona every insurer has to offer a full glass option, but a Chrysler windshield is paid in full only when the owner took that option. The Pacifica or 300 policy goes through our free coverage check first, then you get help filing and the invoice goes to the insurer, not to you.

Chrysler auto glass — common questions

Does a Chrysler Pacifica need camera calibration after a new windshield?
Yes. Chrysler calls for the forward-facing camera to be calibrated whenever a Pacifica windshield is replaced. LaneSense and the forward collision warning depend on it, and the auto high beam mirror is aimed again too.
Which Chrysler Pacifica sunroof do I have?
Pacifica minivans through the 2021 model year offered a tri-pane panoramic sunroof, and later ones use a dual-pane roof with a power shade. The VIN tells us which, so we order the right Chrysler panel.
Can you replace the third-row window on a Chrysler minivan?
Yes. Pacifica, Voyager and Town & Country minivans carry a long fixed quarter window beside the third row. We match it to the minivan generation and side, then bond it into the body.
Is the Chrysler 300 sunroof one piece of glass?
Not on the panoramic version. The 300's dual-pane roof has a front panel that tilts and slides and a fixed rear panel, and each is its own Mopar part, so only the cracked one is replaced.
Can I use my own glass shop for a Chrysler?
In most cases, yes. We fit OEM-quality glass matched to your Chrysler's camera and options, follow Chrysler's calibration procedure where possible, and begin with a free coverage check so you know what the policy pays.
