Infiniti quarter windows on the three-row QX models
On a three-row Infiniti like the QX80, older QX56 or QX60, the quarter glass is the fixed window that lights the third row behind the rear door. The QX60 started life as the JX35, so early quarter glass follows that body. Two-row models such as the QX50 and FX35 have a shorter fixed pane behind the rear door that wraps toward the liftgate.
No hinge or regulator holds a QX quarter window, only a bead of urethane glued to the body. The cracked window is sliced from its urethane, the flange is cleaned and primed, and the replacement is pressed into place with its trim lined up to the QX body line.

How Infiniti quarter glass is replaced
The third-row seat and nearby paint are protected, the QX80 or QX60 pillar trim is unclipped, and the broken window is sliced out of its urethane. After glass is cleared from the cargo area and seat tracks, the flange is primed and the new Infiniti pane is pressed into position to cure.
