Maybach ADAS calibration after windshield replacement
A Mercedes-Maybach S-Class or GLS 600 carries the Mercedes stereo multi-purpose camera behind its windshield, which feeds DISTRONIC, Active Lane Keeping Assist and Active Brake Assist. After a new windshield, that camera is calibrated with a target and a diagnostic tool, and on an earlier Maybach 57 or 62 the VIN shows what sits behind the glass.
