Mitsubishi panoramic roofs
The Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross offers a panoramic moonroof in two pieces: forward glass that powers open, and a stationary rear skylight, each with its own power sunshade. The Outlander offers a panoramic roof on equipped trims, and older Lancer and Galant sedans used a single power sunroof over the front seats.
A broken roof panel drops glass into the Mitsubishi tracks, drains and shades. We vacuum it out, replace only the broken panel, and run the sliding glass and both shades through their travel.

Eclipse Cross rear

Dual shades
Each Eclipse Cross panel has its own power sunshade to clear and test.

What a Mitsubishi sunroof quote depends on
An Eclipse Cross rear panel and an Outlander panoramic panel are different Mitsubishi parts. The roof design, the panel and any shade damage set the quote.
Which panel
Only the broken Eclipse Cross front or rear panel is replaced.
Panoramic size
Outlander panoramic glass is a larger part than a sedan sunroof.
Shade damage
A power shade torn by the break is quoted as an added part.
Model year
Outlander roof glass changed with the redesigned body.
Mitsubishi sunroof coverage in Arizona and Florida
A cracked Eclipse Cross or Outlander roof panel is usually a comprehensive claim with your deductible. Florida's waiver only reaches windshields, and whether an Arizona full glass policy covers a sunroof depends on its wording. Booking starts with a free coverage check on the Eclipse Cross or Outlander policy, and the filing comes with our help.
General info, not legal or insurance advice — coverage varies by policy.
Inside a Mitsubishi roof glass visit
With drop cloths over the seats and headliner, the Eclipse Cross or Outlander roof frame is cleaned out by vacuum, down into its drain channels and shade rails. The new panel is set flush, the front panel is run through tilt and slide, the shades are tested and water is run through the drains.
