Step by step
Chubb runs a glass program with a repair coordinator, and its auto claims page also leaves the choice of facility to you. Here is how to keep us in the picture.
Send the car’s details and a photo of the glass, or call (877) 994-5277. We identify the windshield by VIN and review your Chubb coverage with you.
Use Chubb’s online claim reporting, email its first-notice address, or call 1-800-252-4670. Chubb lists all three as open around the clock.
If Chubb offers its glass program, you can still name the facility you want. Give Bang AutoGlass and (877) 994-5277, and note the claim number.
Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm, at your home or work. Most windshields take 30–45 minutes, and we bill your insurer directly.

Usually, through the comprehensive part of your Chubb auto policy; a liability-only policy doesn’t pay for your own glass. In Arizona, the windshield skips the deductible only if you chose full glass coverage. In Florida, the deductible doesn’t apply to windshield damage on a policy with comprehensive coverage. Chubb’s auto damage page describes it as direct access to a repair coordinator, with repairs scheduled through Chubb’s call center. The same page says you can choose the facility that repairs your vehicle.
On an Arizona policy, the windshield has no deductible only if you elected full glass coverage. On a Florida policy with comprehensive, the deductible doesn’t apply to windshield damage. Door, rear and sunroof glass follow your policy’s terms. We confirm yours before booking.
In Arizona you can choose any glass shop unless your policy contract says otherwise. In Florida, on a personal auto policy, an insurer may not require a particular company for windshield work; if you accepted a discount for a set repair arrangement, check the policy.
