That depends on where your policy was written. Under A.R.S. § 20-264, an Arizona Allstate policy has no deductible for covered windshield, door, and window glass only if you elected the full-glass option. Otherwise, the comprehensive deductible applies. Under Fla. Stat. § 627.7288, Florida’s windshield deductible does not apply with comprehensive or combined additional coverage. Other Florida glass keeps the normal deductible. Confirm your policy with Allstate.

Allstate says you are not required to use a Safelite shop. In Arizona, A.R.S. § 20-469 protects shop choice unless your policy contract says otherwise. Under Fla. Stat. § 627.7291, Florida bars a required shop for covered personal-lines windshield work, though a repair arrangement you accepted may apply. Tell Allstate which shop you choose and confirm your policy terms.

Calibration depends on the vehicle and your policy. Bang AutoGlass offers calibration during the same visit where the procedure can be done on site. Give us the year, make, model, and VIN when you book. Allstate does not state that calibration is included with every glass claim, so confirm calibration coverage with Allstate before the visit.
