Will my deductible apply to a Clearcover glass claim?

In Arizona, A.R.S. § 20-264 requires insurers to offer optional no-deductible safety-glass coverage. The deductible does not apply only if you elected it; otherwise your comprehensive deductible applies. Under Fla. Stat. § 627.7288, Florida’s windshield deductible does not apply with qualifying comprehensive or combined additional coverage. Other Florida vehicle glass keeps the normal deductible. Can Clearcover require me to use a certain glass shop?

For an Arizona Clearcover policy, A.R.S. § 20-469 lets you choose the glass facility unless the policy contract says otherwise. If Clearcover recommends a shop, the statute says it must tell you about that choice at the same time. In Florida, Fla. Stat. § 627.7291 bars requiring a particular company or location, though you may have accepted a policy with a windshield repair arrangement.

Does a Clearcover windshield claim include ADAS calibration?

Coverage for ADAS calibration can vary by policy and vehicle. Confirm with Clearcover whether your glass claim includes it before scheduling.
