Your policy state and coverage decide it. Under Fla. Stat. § 627.7288, Florida's windshield deductible does not apply when the policy provides comprehensive or combined additional coverage. Other glass keeps the normal deductible. In Arizona, A.R.S. § 20-264 applies only if you elected full-glass coverage; that option has no deductible for covered windshield, door, and window glass. Otherwise, your comprehensive deductible applies. Confirm your Gainsco coverage before scheduling.

In Arizona, A.R.S. § 20-469 lets you choose a glass facility unless your policy contract says otherwise. In Florida, Fla. Stat. § 627.7291 generally bars requiring a particular company or location for a windshield claim. A policyholder may have accepted a policy with a windshield repair arrangement, so confirm any limits with Gainsco. You can also ask Gainsco to explain your benefits.
