Great American’s claim page asks how you’re connected to the claim and what kind of loss it is. If a business owns the vehicle, the policyholder may need to make that call.

Usually, through the comprehensive part of your Great American auto policy; a liability-only policy doesn’t pay for your own glass. In Arizona, the windshield skips the deductible only if you chose full glass coverage. In Florida, the deductible doesn’t apply to windshield damage on a policy with comprehensive coverage. We check your policy before booking.
