Liberty Mutual policies in Arizona

A.R.S. § 20-264 requires insurers writing private passenger comprehensive coverage to offer full-glass coverage without a deductible. The policyholder must elect it. It is not automatic.

Under A.R.S. § 20-469, an Arizona insured may choose a glass repair facility unless the policy contract says otherwise.

Liberty Mutual policies in Florida

Under Fla. Stat. § 627.7288, Florida's windshield deductible does not apply when the policy has comprehensive or combined additional coverage. The rule does not cover door, rear, quarter, or sunroof glass.

Fla. Stat. § 627.7291 says a person may not require a particular company or location for covered Florida personal-lines windshield claims. An insured may have accepted a policy with a windshield repair arrangement, so check the policy terms.

Will Liberty Mutual charge my windshield deductible?
Your policy state and coverage control the answer. Under Fla. Stat. § 627.7288, Florida's windshield deductible does not apply when the policy has comprehensive or combined additional coverage. The rule is for the windshield only. In Arizona, A.R.S. § 20-264 applies without a deductible only when you elected the full-glass option; otherwise, your comprehensive deductible applies.
Can Liberty Mutual require me to use a certain shop?
Arizona law, A.R.S. § 20-469, gives you shop choice unless your policy contract says otherwise. Fla. Stat. § 627.7291 says a person acting for the insurer may not require a particular company or location for a covered personal auto windshield claim. If you accepted a policy with a windshield repair arrangement, confirm its terms with Liberty Mutual.
Does my Liberty Mutual claim include ADAS calibration?
Coverage depends on your Liberty Mutual policy and the vehicle's needs, so confirm it with Liberty Mutual.
