Old Republic works through several operating companies. The routing call asks a few questions so the claim reaches the team behind your policy.

For claims that aren’t title, GAP or warranty, Old Republic asks you to call 800-747-5256. It routes you to the operating company’s claims team.
Once you reach the claims team, say Bang AutoGlass will replace the windshield and share (877) 994-5277.
Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm, at your home or work. Most windshields take 30–45 minutes, and we bill your insurer directly.

In Arizona, the windshield skips the deductible only if you chose full glass coverage. In Florida, the deductible doesn’t apply to windshield damage on a policy with comprehensive coverage.
