Step by step
Sentry policies usually cover company vehicles, so the person reporting may be a fleet manager rather than the driver. Either can start it.
Send the unit’s year, make and model with a photo, or call (877) 994-5277. We match the windshield by VIN and read the Sentry policy with you.
Log in to Sentry’s customer portal and choose Report a claim, use Report as guest if you don’t have a login, or call 800-473-6879.
When the claims team asks where the vehicle will be fixed, give Bang AutoGlass and (877) 994-5277, and keep the claim number handy.

Usually, through the comprehensive part of your Sentry auto policy; a liability-only policy doesn’t pay for your own glass. In Arizona, the windshield skips the deductible only if you chose full glass coverage. In Florida, the deductible doesn’t apply to windshield damage on a policy with comprehensive coverage. We check your policy before booking.
