Audi pre sense recalibration after windshield replacement
Audi pre sense front and lane assist rely on a forward camera mounted behind the mirror, looking through the windshield. Once an A4, Q5 or Q7 windshield is replaced, the camera is calibrated before those features are trusted again. We line that up with the windshield visit and flag early if it needs a separate stop.

Coverage for Audi glass replacement
Florida waives the comprehensive deductible on a windshield, so an A4 or Q5 owner there usually has it covered. Arizona is different, since a Q7 or A6 windshield there is fully covered only through the full glass option, an election insurers are required to offer. An Audi owner gets a free coverage check on the A4, Q5 or Q7 policy before booking, then filing guidance from us while we bill the insurer.
