Step by step
21st Century has no mobile app, so its claims run through the website and the phone line. The claim then goes to an adjuster near you.
Call (877) 994-5277 or send the year, make and model and a photo. We look up the windshield by VIN and go over the 21st Century policy with you.
Choose Report a Claim on 21st.com and start with your policy number or phone number. The claims line, 1-888-244-6163, is open 24 hours a day.
21st Century says you may take the car to the shop of your choice. Give the adjuster Bang AutoGlass and (877) 994-5277.
Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm, at your home or work. Most windshields take 30–45 minutes, and we bill your insurer directly.

Usually, through the comprehensive part of your 21st Century auto policy; a liability-only policy doesn’t pay for your own glass. In Arizona, the windshield skips the deductible only if you chose full glass coverage. In Florida, the deductible doesn’t apply to windshield damage on a policy with comprehensive coverage. We check your policy before booking.

21st Century says Toggle is changing its brand to 21st Century, with a new policy number at renewal. Once your 21st Century renewal arrives, file on 21st.com or at 1-888-244-6163.
21st.com says new 21st Century coverage is currently available only in California. Existing policies, including renewed Toggle ones, still file claims the same way.
In Florida, the deductible doesn’t apply to windshield damage on a policy with comprehensive coverage. In Arizona, full glass coverage is an option offered on the policy, and without it the comprehensive deductible applies. We check which you have.
