AAA membership and AAA auto insurance are different products. A membership may include separate roadside or member benefits, but it does not prove that your auto policy covers replacement. Check the insurance card or declarations page for the company that insures the vehicle and for comprehensive coverage. If you are unsure which benefit applies, confirm it with AAA before scheduling.

For an Arizona policy, no-deductible windshield, door and window glass coverage applies only if you elected the full-glass option under A.R.S. § 20-264. Otherwise, your comprehensive deductible applies. Under Fla. Stat. § 627.7288, Florida's windshield deductible does not apply with comprehensive or combined additional coverage. That Florida rule is windshield only; other vehicle glass keeps the normal deductible. Confirm your AAA policy details before service.

In Arizona, A.R.S. § 20-469 says you may choose a glass shop unless your policy contract says otherwise. If AAA recommends a shop, the statute also requires notice of that choice right. In Florida, § 627.7291 says a company or location cannot be required for a covered personal auto windshield claim, though a repair arrangement you accepted in the policy may apply. Ask AAA to confirm your policy terms.
