If you are not given a number, confirm the next step with Aall before you schedule.

Will Aall charge my deductible in Arizona?

That depends on the coverage you elected and the carrier that issued the policy. A.R.S. § 20-264 requires the full-glass option to be offered, but it is not automatic. If you elected it, covered windshield, door and window glass has no deductible. If you did not, your comprehensive deductible applies. Check the declarations page, then confirm the amount with Aall or the issuing carrier.

Can Aall make me use a certain glass shop?

In Arizona, A.R.S. § 20-469 gives you the right to choose any glass repair facility unless the policy contract says otherwise. If the insurer recommends a shop, it must tell you about that right at the same time. Since Aall represents Arizona carriers, read the contract from the company named on your declarations page. Ask Aall or that carrier to confirm any contract term before choosing a shop.

Does an Aall glass claim include camera calibration?

Coverage depends on your policy, vehicle, and claim. The need for calibration comes from the vehicle’s required procedure, not from the Aall name alone. Give us the VIN so we can check the glass and camera setup. If calibration is required, we provide calibration during the same visit where the procedure can be done on site. Confirm claim coverage with Aall or the carrier listed on your policy.

Will an Aall glass claim raise my Arizona premium?
