American Access Casualty Company operates under the Kemper Auto brand, and its claim flow separates glass-only damage from other auto losses. After you report the broken windshield, keep the claim number or any other reference you receive. No glass administrator is confirmed, so ask American Access Casualty which number should stay with the replacement.

    Give your policy and contact details, when the glass broke, what happened, and what was damaged. Write down the claim number or other reference you receive.

  4. We come to you

American Access policies in Arizona

A.R.S. § 20-264 requires insurers writing private passenger comprehensive coverage to offer full-glass coverage without a deductible. The policyholder must elect it. It is not automatic.

Under A.R.S. § 20-469, an Arizona insured may choose a glass repair facility unless the policy contract says otherwise.

Will my American Access glass claim have a deductible?
