American European publishes one claim process for every line it writes and no separate glass path. These steps fit a windshield into it.
Call (877) 994-5277 or send the year, make and model with a photo. We find the glass that fits your VIN and look at the policy with you.
Call 1-800-222-3058 and choose option 2, email firstreporting@aeiginsurance.com, use the form on its Report a Claim page, or go through your agent or broker.
Tell the adjuster you want Bang AutoGlass to replace the glass and give (877) 994-5277. Keep the claim number.
Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm, at your home or work. Most windshields take 30–45 minutes, and we bill your insurer directly.

Usually, through the comprehensive part of your American European auto policy; a liability-only policy doesn’t pay for your own glass. In Arizona, the windshield skips the deductible only if you chose full glass coverage. We check your policy before booking.
Its Report a Claim page lists 1-800-222-3058, option 2, the email firstreporting@aeiginsurance.com, a fax line, an online form and your agent or broker. It asks for the policy number, the insured’s name, the date and time of loss and a description.
Not that it publishes. Its site gives one claim process for all losses. If your ID card or policy names a program with its own claims number, use that number.
In Arizona you can choose any glass shop unless your policy contract says otherwise. If the insurer recommends a shop, it has to tell you about that choice at the same time. More on who picks the glass shop.
In Arizona that depends on whether your policy includes full glass coverage, an option insurers offer on personal auto policies with comprehensive. Without it, your comprehensive deductible applies. We check before booking.
