Your policy may still say American National Property and Casualty Company. Its claims desk now sits on the Farm Family website, and either name gets you there.

In Arizona, the windshield skips the deductible only if you chose full glass coverage. In Florida, the deductible doesn’t apply to windshield damage on a policy with comprehensive coverage. Policy and state both matter here. On an Arizona personal auto policy with comprehensive, your insurer had to offer you full glass coverage, and whether you took it settles the deductible question. In Florida, the deductible doesn’t apply to windshield damage on a policy with comprehensive coverage. We read your declarations with you first.
In Arizona you can choose any glass shop unless your policy contract says otherwise. In Florida, on a personal auto policy, an insurer may not require a particular company for windshield work. Name us when you report and we take it from the quote to the install.
