A.R.S. § 20-264 requires insurers writing private passenger comprehensive coverage to offer full-glass coverage without a deductible. The policyholder must elect it. It is not automatic.

Will Amshield charge my deductible in Arizona?

It depends on the coverage you elected. A.R.S. § 20-264 requires insurers to provide optional no-deductible coverage for damaged safety equipment; it is not automatic. If your Amshield policy includes that election, covered windshield, door, and window glass has no deductible. If not, your comprehensive deductible applies. A sunroof is not named in the statute. Can Amshield require a certain glass shop?
