Aspire’s claim form runs through a list of questions about the vehicle and the damage. A quote from us first puts the answers in front of you.
Send the vehicle and a photo of the crack, or call (877) 994-5277. We pin down the windshield for your VIN and talk through your Aspire policy.

Aspire assigns a claims adjuster once the claim is in. Tell them Bang AutoGlass, (877) 994-5277, will replace the glass.
Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm, at your home or work. Most windshields take 30–45 minutes, and we bill your insurer directly.

Usually, through the comprehensive part of your Aspire General auto policy; a liability-only policy doesn’t pay for your own glass. In Arizona, the windshield skips the deductible only if you chose full glass coverage. We check your policy before booking.

Aspire says a claims adjuster is assigned to guide you through the process, and that the coverages you bought decide what the adjuster does and how the claim ends.
It comes down to your Aspire policy. Arizona insurers that sell personal auto with comprehensive have to offer full glass coverage, which you accept or turn down. With it, a windshield is often $0 out of pocket.
In Arizona you can choose any glass shop unless your policy contract says otherwise. Name us when the adjuster asks.
