Step by step

How to start a biBerk glass claim.

A cracked windshield on a work vehicle is a commercial auto claim with biBerk. Here is the order that keeps the vehicle off the road for the least time.

  1. Get a quote for the work vehicle

Send the year, make and model and a photo, or call (877) 994-5277. We match the glass to the VIN and look at the business policy with you.

  2. Start the claim at biBerk

On biberk.com/claims, choose Commercial Auto to reach the online form. biBerk lists 1-844-472-0966 if you want help on the phone.

  3. Give biBerk our name

When the representative calls back, say Bang AutoGlass will replace the windshield and share (877) 994-5277.

  4. We come to you

Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm, at your home or work. Most windshields take 30–45 minutes, and we bill your insurer directly.

Does biBerk cover windshield replacement in Arizona and Florida?

Usually, through the comprehensive part of your biBerk auto policy; a liability-only policy doesn’t pay for your own glass. In Arizona, the windshield skips the deductible only if you chose full glass coverage. In Florida, the deductible doesn’t apply to windshield damage on a policy with comprehensive coverage. We check your policy before booking.

How do I report glass damage to biBerk?

Pick your policy type on biberk.com/claims and fill in the online claim form, or call 1-844-472-0966. biBerk says a representative then reaches out with any questions and the next steps.

My card says Berkshire Hathaway. Is that biBerk?

biBerk policies are written by Berkshire Hathaway Direct Insurance Company, part of the Berkshire Hathaway insurance group. If your card names another Berkshire Hathaway company, use the claims contact printed on that card.

How do I send photos or documents to biBerk?

biBerk asks for them by email at claims@biBerk.com, with the insured’s name and the policy number in the subject line.

Do Arizona and Florida glass rules cover a business vehicle?

Arizona’s full glass offer rule is written for private passenger policies, so a commercial auto policy follows its own glass terms. In Florida, the deductible doesn’t apply to windshield damage on a policy issued there with comprehensive coverage. We check yours before booking.

Will a glass claim change my biBerk premium?

biBerk is the one to ask. Business auto pricing depends on the insurer and the policy, and we don’t forecast it. More on glass claims and your rate.
