Dairyland accepts glass claims through its app, website, or the claims number on your policy card or declarations page. Its claim tools use a claim number for an existing claim. Dairyland is a Sentry Insurance Group brand, so your policy may show a Sentry Group underwriting company. Keep the claim number. If Dairyland gives you a referral number, save that too.

Open the glass claim in Dairyland's app or website, or call the claims number on your policy card or declarations page. You file the claim. When you open the claim, you can ask for Bang AutoGlass by name.

Dairyland policies in Arizona

A.R.S. § 20-264 requires insurers writing private passenger comprehensive coverage to offer full-glass coverage without a deductible. The policyholder must elect it. It is not automatic.

Under A.R.S. § 20-469, an Arizona insured may choose a glass repair facility unless the policy contract says otherwise.

Dairyland policies in Florida

Under Fla. Stat. § 627.7288, Florida's windshield deductible does not apply when the policy has comprehensive or combined additional coverage. The rule does not cover door, rear, quarter, or sunroof glass.

Fla. Stat. § 627.7291 says a person may not require a particular company or location for covered Florida personal-lines windshield claims. An insured may have accepted a policy with a windshield repair arrangement, so check the policy terms.

Which number should I keep for my Dairyland glass claim?

After you report the damage through Dairyland, save the claim number. Dairyland’s claim-status tool uses that number for an existing claim. If the intake also gives you a referral number, keep both and share them with Bang AutoGlass. We check your coverage free and help you file the claim, but you remain the person filing it.

Will Dairyland charge a deductible for my windshield replacement?

That depends on the policy state and coverage. Under A.R.S. § 20-264, an Arizona policy has no deductible for covered windshield glass only if you elected full-glass coverage; otherwise, the comprehensive deductible applies. Under Fla. Stat. § 627.7288, Florida's windshield deductible does not apply when the policy provides comprehensive or combined additional coverage. Other Florida glass keeps the normal deductible.

Can Dairyland require me to use a certain glass shop?

In Arizona, A.R.S. § 20-469 lets you choose a glass shop unless the policy contract says otherwise. Under Fla. Stat. § 627.7291, Florida law says a claimant cannot be required to use a certain company or location for a personal auto windshield claim. If you accepted a policy with a windshield repair arrangement, confirm its terms with Dairyland. You can ask for Bang AutoGlass by name.

Does my Dairyland glass claim include ADAS calibration?

Coverage depends on your Dairyland policy and the vehicle’s required procedure, so confirm it with Dairyland. Tell the claim representative about any camera or driver-assist features near the windshield. Bang AutoGlass offers calibration during the same visit where the procedure can be done on site. If it cannot be done on site, we will explain the next step before the appointment.

Will a windshield claim raise my Dairyland premium?
