On Embark’s claims page, choose Get Started under Auto, the form for vehicle damage. Attach your photos and paperwork so nothing holds it up.

Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm, at your home or work. Most windshields take 30–45 minutes, and we bill your insurer directly.

Usually, through the comprehensive part of your Embark General auto policy; a liability-only policy doesn’t pay for your own glass. In Florida, the deductible doesn’t apply to windshield damage on a policy with comprehensive coverage. We check your policy before booking.
