Usually, through the comprehensive part of your Everest National auto policy; a liability-only policy doesn’t pay for your own glass. In Arizona, the windshield skips the deductible only if you chose full glass coverage. In Florida, the deductible doesn’t apply to windshield damage on a policy with comprehensive coverage. We check your policy before booking.

Yes. Everest says to consult your policy packet for detailed claim reporting instructions. If the packet names a different claims contact, follow it.
In Florida, Everest National is authorized for commercial auto. Arizona’s full glass offer rule covers private passenger policies, so a business policy follows its own glass terms. Your declarations page shows which you have.
On a policy issued in Florida with comprehensive coverage, the deductible doesn’t apply to windshield damage. Door, rear and sunroof glass follow the policy’s own deductible. We check before booking.
