Falcon policies in Arizona

A.R.S. § 20-264 requires insurers writing private passenger comprehensive coverage to offer full-glass coverage without a deductible. The policyholder must elect it. It is not automatic.

Under A.R.S. § 20-469, an Arizona insured may choose a glass repair facility unless the policy contract says otherwise.

How do I report a Falcon glass claim?

Falcon's claims page offers three ways in: log in online, use the Falcon app from the App Store or Google Play, or call 1-800-929-3252. Have your policy number and the details of the glass damage ready, and keep the claim number you receive. Call us first if you want a free coverage check.

Is there a deductible on my Falcon windshield claim?

In Arizona that depends on whether your policy includes the full-glass option. A.R.S. § 20-264 requires it to be offered with private passenger comprehensive coverage, but you must elect it. If you elected the option, covered windshield, door and window glass has no deductible. Without it, your comprehensive deductible applies, and a liability-only policy does not cover your own glass.

Do I have to use a glass shop Falcon picks?

Arizona law, A.R.S. § 20-469, lets you choose any glass repair facility unless your policy contract says otherwise. If an insurer recommends a shop, it must tell you at the same time that the choice is yours. Tell Falcon you chose Bang AutoGlass when you report the claim.

Does Falcon cover windshield camera calibration?

Ask Falcon, because calibration coverage depends on the policy. If your vehicle needs ADAS calibration after the new windshield goes in, we offer it during the same visit where the procedure can be done on site, and we confirm what your vehicle needs before the appointment.

Will a Falcon glass claim affect my rate?
