Esurance’s glass claim link now opens Allstate’s windshield and glass page. Here is the claim in order, with us as the shop.
Tell us what you drive and snap the damage, or call (877) 994-5277. Once we have the VIN we know the exact windshield, and we walk you through what your Esurance policy says about glass.
Sign in on esurance.com or in the Esurance app, or phone its claims line. For glass alone, the linked Allstate page offers an online form run by Safelite.
That Allstate page says you aren’t required to use a Safelite shop. Give our name and (877) 994-5277 as your pick.

Usually, through the comprehensive part of your Esurance auto policy; a liability-only policy doesn’t pay for your own glass. In Arizona, the windshield skips the deductible only if you chose full glass coverage. In Florida, the deductible doesn’t apply to windshield damage on a policy with comprehensive coverage. We check your policy before booking.
Yes. Its contact page says a claim rep answers 1-800-ESURANCE (1-800-378-7262) day or night, and policyholders can log in to reach their claim rep. The same site also encourages qualified drivers to get a quote from Allstate.
Esurance’s glass page now redirects to Allstate’s windshield and glass claims page. There, glass-only claims are handled by Safelite and can be filed online or through Allstate’s MyAccount.
Allstate’s glass page says you are not required to. In Arizona you may use any glass shop unless your policy contract says otherwise. On a Florida personal auto policy, the insurer may not require a particular company for a windshield claim, though a policy accepted with a repair arrangement discount may set terms. The Allstate page keeps glass repairs outside the deductible and says replacement deductibles differ by state. An Arizona driver who elected full glass coverage pays none on the windshield; in Florida, comprehensive coverage takes the deductible off windshield damage.
