Step by step
FAJUA covers Florida drivers and vehicle owners who couldn’t buy a policy from other companies. Its claims page lists one contact for losses from October 2020 on.
Call (877) 994-5277 or send the vehicle and a photo of the damage. We look up the windshield by VIN and go over the FAJUA policy with you.
FAJUA’s claims page lists 1-888-534-6375, the email fajua@athensadmin.com and fax (916) 384-0965 for losses since 10/1/2020.
When the claims handler asks where the glass will be replaced, give Bang AutoGlass and (877) 994-5277. Keep the claim number.

Usually, through the comprehensive part of your FAJUA auto policy; a liability-only policy doesn’t pay for your own glass. In Florida, the deductible doesn’t apply to windshield damage on a policy with comprehensive coverage. We check your policy before booking.
FAJUA’s own site calls it Florida’s market of last resort for auto insurance, open to licensed drivers and vehicle owners who have been unable to buy insurance from other companies.
