Infinity policies in Arizona

A.R.S. § 20-264 requires insurers writing private passenger comprehensive coverage to offer full-glass coverage without a deductible. The policyholder must elect it. It is not automatic.

Under A.R.S. § 20-469, an Arizona insured may choose a glass repair facility unless the policy contract says otherwise.

Infinity policies in Florida

Under Fla. Stat. § 627.7288, Florida's windshield deductible does not apply when the policy has comprehensive or combined additional coverage. The rule does not cover door, rear, quarter, or sunroof glass.

Fla. Stat. § 627.7291 says a person may not require a particular company or location for covered Florida personal-lines windshield claims. An insured may have accepted a policy with a windshield repair arrangement, so check the policy terms.

How do I start a glass claim if Infinity sold my policy?

Check the carrier name on your Infinity insurance card or declarations page. That carrier handles the claim. Use the claim method shown in your policy documents, then keep the claim or referral number you receive. Call Bang AutoGlass after that, or call us first. We can check your coverage free and help you file, but you file the claim yourself.

Will I owe a deductible on my Infinity windshield claim?

That depends on the policy state and coverage. Under A.R.S. § 20-264, an Arizona policy has no deductible for covered windshield, door, and window glass only if you elected the full-glass option; otherwise the comprehensive deductible applies. Under Fla. Stat. § 627.7288, Florida's windshield deductible does not apply with comprehensive or combined additional coverage. Other vehicle glass keeps the policy deductible.

Can Infinity or my listed carrier require a certain glass shop?

For an Arizona policy, A.R.S. § 20-469 lets you choose a glass shop unless the policy contract says otherwise. For a Florida personal auto windshield claim, Fla. Stat. § 627.7291 says a claimant may not be required to use a particular company or location. An accepted policy may contain a windshield repair arrangement, so review your policy and confirm the details with the carrier named on your Infinity card.

Does my Infinity claim include ADAS calibration?

Coverage for calibration depends on your policy, vehicle, and claim. Confirm that part with the carrier named on your Infinity card. Bang AutoGlass checks the vehicle before the appointment.
