  4. We come to you

Legacy Insurance policies in Arizona

A.R.S. § 20-264 requires insurers writing private passenger comprehensive coverage to offer full-glass coverage without a deductible. The policyholder must elect it. It is not automatic.

Under A.R.S. § 20-469, an Arizona insured may choose a glass repair facility unless the policy contract says otherwise.

Will I have a deductible on a Legacy Insurance glass claim in Arizona?
On an Arizona policy, A.R.S. § 20-264 provides no-deductible coverage for windshield, door, and window glass only if you elected the full-glass option. If you did not elect it, your comprehensive deductible applies. Check your declarations page, then confirm the result with Legacy Insurance before scheduling.
Can Legacy Insurance require an Arizona glass shop?
Under A.R.S. § 20-469, an Arizona policyholder may choose a glass facility unless the policy contract says otherwise. If Legacy Insurance recommends a shop, the statute says you must be told about that choice at the same time. Check your contract before scheduling if it contains special shop terms.
Does a Legacy Insurance claim include ADAS calibration?
