Step by step

How to start a Mile Auto glass claim.

Mile Auto’s phone team works weekdays. A crack that shows up on a Saturday can still be reported that day with the online form.

  1. Start with our quote

Send a photo and the year, make and model, or call (877) 994-5277. We match the windshield to your VIN and look over your Mile Auto coverage with you.

  2. Report it to Mile Auto

Call (888) 645-3001 and pick option 3 on weekdays, 9 AM to 6 PM. Outside those hours, use the form on the My Policy page, or the First Notice of Loss form on File a Claim.

  3. Put us down as the shop

If the claims team asks who will replace the glass, give Bang AutoGlass and (877) 994-5277, and keep the claim number.

  4. We come to you

Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm, at your home or work. Most windshields take 30–45 minutes, and we bill your insurer directly.

Does Mile Auto cover windshield replacement in Arizona?

Usually, through the comprehensive part of your Mile Auto auto policy; a liability-only policy doesn’t pay for your own glass. In Arizona, the windshield skips the deductible only if you chose full glass coverage. We check your policy before booking.

How do I file a Mile Auto claim?

Call claims support at (888) 645-3001 and choose option 3, weekdays 9 AM to 6 PM, or submit the First Notice of Loss form online. Mile Auto says its claims team reviews the report and guides you on next steps.

Can I report it on a weekend?

Yes. Mile Auto’s contact page says to use the form on the My Policy page when the phone line is closed.

Is the roadside number the same as the claims line?

No. Roadside assistance is 866-702-4639, answered 24/7. Glass damage is a claim, so it goes to claims support or the online form.

Will Mile Auto charge a deductible for the windshield?

In Arizona, insurers that write personal auto policies with comprehensive must offer full glass coverage, and you decide whether to take it. With it, a windshield is often $0 out of pocket; without it, your comprehensive deductible applies. We look at yours first.

Could a glass claim raise my Mile Auto rate?

Ask Mile Auto. Its pricing is a base rate plus the miles you drive, and how a claim affects it is up to the company, so we don’t guess. More on glass claims and your rate.
