An adjuster from Progressive Fleet and Specialty Programs contacts you after the report. Name Bang AutoGlass and (877) 994-5277 as the glass shop, and note the claim number.

Usually, through the comprehensive part of your Protective Insurance auto policy; a liability-only policy doesn’t pay for your own glass. In Arizona, the windshield skips the deductible only if you chose full glass coverage. In Florida, the deductible doesn’t apply to windshield damage on a policy with comprehensive coverage. We check your policy before booking.
Protective takes vehicle claims through the online form on its claims page or at (800) 626-8381, and says its claims staff is available 24/7. It does not publish a separate glass line, so use either of those.

In Florida, the deductible doesn’t apply to windshield damage on a policy with comprehensive coverage. Arizona’s full glass offer rule is written for personal auto policies, so a business policy’s glass terms sit in the policy itself. We read it with you before anything is booked.
Tell the adjuster you want us. In Arizona you can choose any glass shop unless your policy contract says otherwise. Florida’s shop-choice rule covers personal auto policies, so on a business policy the shop question follows its terms.
