Step by step
Once a claim is in, Unique assigns a claims specialist who reviews the damage and the policy, then explains what is covered. Having the glass priced first gives that call a starting point.
Send the year, make and model and a photo, or call (877) 994-5277. We match the glass to the VIN and go over the Unique policy with you.
Fill in the claim form on uniqueinsuranceco.com or log in to the policyholder site, open any hour. Online you can upload photos as you go. The claims phone is 866-426-8842, and Unique also lists claims@producersnational.com.

On a Florida auto policy with comprehensive coverage, the deductible doesn’t apply to windshield damage. Door, rear and sunroof glass follow the deductible your policy sets. A liability-only policy doesn’t cover glass.
