Usually, through the comprehensive part of your Ohio Indemnity auto policy; a liability-only policy doesn’t pay for your own glass. In Arizona, the windshield skips the deductible only if you chose full glass coverage. In Florida, the deductible doesn’t apply to windshield damage on a policy with comprehensive coverage. We check your policy before booking.
Insurance for lenders: creditor-placed insurance, vendor single interest and GAP, sold through program managers, plus equipment and surety lines. Its lender unit describes creditor-placed insurance as protecting the lender against loss when a borrower doesn’t keep required insurance.
Ask the lender or the program on your notice. Creditor-placed coverage is written around the lender’s interest in the car, so confirm glass is included before booking. If you also carry your own auto policy, that insurer may be the one to call.

That follows the policy. On a Florida policy with comprehensive coverage, the deductible doesn’t apply to windshield damage. In Arizona it depends on whether the policy includes full glass coverage. We go over the terms with you.
In Arizona you can choose any glass shop unless your policy contract says otherwise. Florida’s windshield shop rule is written for personal auto policies, so with lender-placed coverage the policy’s own terms decide. Ask the program, and name us if you want us.
