Does my Arizona Stonegate policy cover glass with no deductible?

Only if you elected the optional full-glass coverage. Under A.R.S. § 20-264, that option covers damaged safety equipment without a deductible. The statute names glass in the windshield, doors and windows. If you did not elect it, your comprehensive deductible applies as written. Check your declarations page, then confirm the coverage and deductible with Stonegate before scheduling replacement.

Can Stonegate require me to use a certain glass shop in Arizona?

A.R.S. § 20-469 says you may choose any glass repair facility unless your policy contract says otherwise. If Stonegate recommends a shop or gives you shop information, the statute says it must also tell you about that right. Review your Stonegate contract for any different term. If the wording is unclear, ask Stonegate or the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions.

Will my Stonegate claim include camera calibration?

That depends on the vehicle and the procedure required after replacement. Some windshields have a forward-facing camera that may need calibration.
